Resumbly, agrees to perform all work to the fullest of its abilities and in a workmanlike manner. The Company will do everything reasonable to ensure that you the client receive the highest quality resume, cover letter, and other work possible. We understand that from time to time we may be unable to meet expectations no matter how much we strive to achieve your satisfaction. In such an instance you may apply for a 100% refund not to exceed the purchase price of the product for which you are requesting refund within (30) days of initial product purchase. You agree that it is at the sole discretion of the Company that the refund may be issued to you. You also agree that if any service is received or ordered for which you have not correctly paid that you will authorize the company to charge you the correct amount of the order. Please note, a refund with not be issued in any case where work requested in any way violated the company's legal or ethical policy.
